It allows you to install any modules (currently .zip and .mod supported), keep track of them and uninstall them at later time.

It's written in Python using the Qt GUI. Please let me know if you like the program and what would you like to improve. It should run on any Unix which has Python, Qt and PyQt libraries installed; it should also run on Windows but this hasn't been tested.
