Conformance Requirements

In order for an KCM to be valid it must conform to:

1. KDE Licensing Policy

2. KDE User Interface Guidelines.

3. Of course, these KCM Guidelines.

4. A valid .desktop file. If you are not 110% sure of what you're doing, validate with FreeDesktop's desktop-file-utils.
